Salary: $116,200 - $155,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end creative strategy and design for hirify.global Connect and the global events portfolio.
• Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing detailed art direction and executing design work personally.
• Translate business objectives into visual concepts for spatial branding, show floor assets, and social media.
• Oversee the review process to ensure all event deliverables are polished, on-brand, and strategically aligned.
• Track creative milestones and deadlines proactively to ensure timely production of event assets.
• Direct mainstage keynote visual storytelling and environmental signage across global locations.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in brand identity development and creative strategy for events and campaigns.
• 3-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience managing design teams.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Suite (specifically Google Slides).
• Portfolio demonstrating high-level execution across print, digital, and experiential design.
• Proven ability to manage creative timelines and transition projects from exploration to production.
• Bachelor of Design (BDes) is highly valued.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
• Experience working both in-house and agency-side.
