What you will do

• Create high-quality scientific, medical, and clinical content for physicians, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations and text-based copy for digital, virtual, and in-person multimedia programs.
• Engage with thought leaders and medical experts to support content development in specific therapeutic areas.
• Apply adult learning theory and instructional design principles to healthcare provider education.
• Ensure content alignment with program goals, client expectations, and industry regulations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience developing medical education programs for healthcare providers.
• 3-5 years of experience as a medical writer at a medical education/communications agency.
• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, RN, NP, PA, PhD) preferred; Bachelor of Science in life sciences or similar required.
• Highly proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (implied by 401k and US benefit structure).

Nice to have

• Established expertise in hematology, oncology, neurology, or immunology.
• Prior experience in Medical Affairs.
• Proficiency with tools such as Box, Read Cube, EndNote, or Tableau.
