What you will do

  • Lead the development, scientific integrity, and accuracy of medical content for pharmaceutical and medical device clients.
  • Perform medical literature research and data analysis to support project pitches and regulatory approvals.
  • Collaborate with Design, Animation, and UX teams to ensure visuals and user flows are scientifically accurate.
  • Manage medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) review submissions and resolve content change requests.
  • Support strategic initiatives, including congress activities, advisory boards, and workshops.
  • Mentor junior team members and maintain accountability for project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant medical communications or medical writing experience.
  • Deep understanding of clinical research, the drug development process, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Experience interacting with medical and scientific experts in an agency setting.
  • Prior experience in digital media, web applications, or new technology.
  • Exemplary written, verbal, analytical, and editing skills.
