What you will do

• Develop mathematical models using simulation software and spreadsheets to power game mechanics.
• Design and analyze RTP, volatility, and payout structures.
• Contribute to early-stage game concepts and mathematical frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to implement mathematical theories into gameplay.
• Maintain insights into EMEA gaming markets and regulatory expectations.

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience working on slot mathematics.
• Strong programming skills, preferably in C++ (C# or similar considered).
• Confidence in spreadsheet-based modelling.
• Must have the right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship is available.

• Proven experience designing within the casino or gambling industry.
• Creative thinking with strong technical design instincts.
• A track record of delivering successful game mechanics.
