What you will do

• Define technical strategy and architectural direction for analytics data infrastructure, building enterprise-scale curated datasets and data models
• Own metric definitions end-to-end, from stakeholder partnerships to production implementation and dashboard surfacing
• Design and build sophisticated data models and analytical frameworks using SQL, Python, and modern data stack
• Develop data quality frameworks, monitoring, anomaly detection, alerting, governance, and lineage tracking at scale
• Drive adoption of consistent data modeling patterns, naming, documentation, and metric governance standards
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor engineers to accelerate delivery and harden data systems

Requirements

• 7+ years in analytics or data engineering with focus on curated, consumer-facing datasets
• 7+ years designing, developing, maintaining robust data models from structured/unstructured sources
• Expert-level SQL and strong Python, version control, CI/CD fundamentals
• Proven data quality audits, monitoring, automated remediation for massive datasets
• Building/owning executive dashboards/reports with BI tools (Looker, Tableau)
• Strong business acumen, communication for translating business questions to metrics and explaining to executives
• Hands-on collaboration with Data Science, Finance, Product teams
