Salary: CA$135,100 - CA$202,700 annually (OTE including base and commissions, varies by experience, qualifications, and location)

What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Implementation teams to drive client engagement, customer wins, and revenue
• Plan and execute integration engineering end-to-end, from high-level architecture to code
• Explain technical concepts, hirify.global product features, and API architecture to customers and developers
• Educate users and developer community on hirify.global's value, best practices, and new developments
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for largest users and partners
• Stay updated on hirify.global technologies, showcase thought leadership, and provide feedback to product and engineering teams

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Software Engineering or Integration Engineering role
• Comfortable with code-level debugging (hirify.global and user code)
• Able to explain technical concepts, product features, and API architecture
• User-first approach with empathy
• Confident interacting with customers
• Strong generalist technical experience
