What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of frontend solutions using React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and reusable UI components and frameworks.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes into polished, interactive experiences.
• Establish and enforce best practices for architecture, performance optimization, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Mentor frontend engineers through code reviews, technical direction, and professional development.
• Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.

Requirements

• 7+ years of frontend development experience with strong expertise in React.js.
• Proven experience in a lead or senior technical role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (SASS/LESS).
• Experience building large-scale, customer-facing web applications.
• Advanced English level (C1/C2 proficiency).
• Based in Latin America and available to work in Central Time.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail or e-commerce environments.
• Familiarity with Next.js or server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures.
