Focus on building risk management frameworks, conducting independent control testing, and ensuring data integrity across a fast-growing fintech environment.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain the 2nd line of defence (2LOD) oversight for Data and Information Security Risk.
  • Provide challenge and oversight of 1LOD security monitoring, alerting strategies, and threat analysis.
  • Review and update the Bank’s Data Risk Management Framework and cloud security frameworks.
  • Conduct independent testing of information security controls and gap analysis via the RCSA process.
  • Oversee data integrity risks and ensure compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
  • Manage third-party vendor due diligence and report security metrics to senior management.

Requirements

  • Experience in Data Risk Management, including measuring data quality and integrity.
  • Expertise in security operations, cloud security, application security, and incident response.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001) and compliance standards (PCI-DSS, PSD2, GDPR).
  • Hands-on experience with security technologies such as SIEM and endpoint protection.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office in a hybrid capacity.
