Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa (2-3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 900 - 1140 PLN/day

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE).
• Create and enhance TrueClient and HTTP/HTML scripts for web-based and PEGA platform applications.
• Conduct performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing throughout all project phases.
• Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations to development and infrastructure teams.
• Perform API and Microservices performance testing, including service virtualization.
• Prepare comprehensive test plans, workload models, test scenarios, and performance reports.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing within complex IT environments.
• Strong expertise in LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE) for script creation, scenario configuration, and analysis.
• Proficiency in TrueClient and HTTP/HTML protocol scripting.
• Proven experience in performance testing of PEGA platform applications.
• Solid understanding of API and Microservices architecture.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa.

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Sysdig, or Grafana.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and SQL.
