Information Security Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Operate and maintain the ISMS, keeping policies, controls, risks, and evidence accurate and audit-ready.
• Translate risk assessments and treatment plans into traceable Jira work items linked to IMS documentation.
• Manage the lifecycle of security controls, including implementation, testing, remediation, and exceptions.
• Integrate information security into Jira and Confluence workflows, dashboards, and templates.
• Maintain controlled security documentation and support internal and external audits.
• Coordinate security intake, supplier assessments, access and asset governance, and the integration of vulnerability and incident findings.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a similar field, or at least 3 years of hands-on ISMS operational experience under ISO/IEC 27001.
• Strong ability to translate risk assessments into actionable, trackable work.
• Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including workflows, dashboards, automation, and templates.
• Experience with controlled-document systems such as IMS/QMS and formal document-control processes.
• Understanding of IAM, network, application, endpoint, vulnerability, and incident management, plus NIS2 and GDPR.
• Fluent English is required. German and Italian are advantageous.

Nice to have

• CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or CRISC certification.
• German or Italian language skills.
