What you will do

• Operate and maintain the ISMS to keep policies, controls, and risks accurate and audit-ready.
• Translate risk assessments and treatment plans into trackable work items in Jira.
• Manage the full lifecycle of security controls, including implementation, testing, and remediation.
• Integrate security functions into Jira/Confluence workflows, dashboards, and templates.
• Coordinate supplier assessments, security intake processes, and asset governance activities.
• Connect vulnerability and incident outputs to the ISMS to drive updates to risks and procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Security/Computer Science or 3+ years of ISMS operational experience under ISO 27001.
• Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence, including automation, workflows, and dashboards.
• Experience with controlled-document systems (IMS/QMS) and formal document-control processes.
• Broad understanding of IAM, network, application, endpoint, and incident management.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as NIS2 and GDPR.
• Fluent English proficiency; German and/or Italian is a plus.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or CRISC.
