What you will do

• Build the source of truth by defining core product, growth, and revenue metrics consistently across every app.
• Design the analytics system for events, attribution, funnels, and reporting structures.
• Stay hands-on: write SQL, build revenue/UA/product models, and ship dashboards.
• Partner directly with Growth, UA, Monetisation, and Product teams as a core stakeholder.
• Lead the BI team: set direction, raise quality standards, and support growth.
• Scale reusable systems portfolio-wide and own end-to-end data quality.

Requirements

• Senior analytics or BI leadership experience with deep hands-on SQL and modeling.
• Mobile app experience mandatory: work with KPIs like DAU/MAU, LTV, ROAS, retention curves, and attribution.
• Track record building analytics from fragmented state into coherent systems, aligning teams on metrics.
• Strong business thinking: focus on decisions unlocked by data.
• Comfort leading a small team while staying hands-on.
• Ability to move fast in evolving setups without perfect specs.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling analytics across a portfolio of apps.
• Familiarity with dbt, Metabase, or mobile attribution platforms like Adjust/AppsFlyer.
• Willingness to experiment with LLMs for data work automation.
