What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of one Team Lead and five compliance/QA specialists, fostering high-performance culture.
• Lead compliance scoping for new markets and support Commercial team in expansions aligned with regulations.
• Act as liaison between Casino Operations and QA for seamless workflows.
• Oversee game certification, testing, and deployment ensuring adherence to market licenses.
• Develop safeguards against GSP failures and lead incident investigations with player compensation and regulatory reports.
• Own and develop internal Compliance Portal as central source for certifications and QA tracking.
• Optimize QA processes, implement automation, and use data analytics/AI for compliance monitoring.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in iGaming/online casino compliance, technical compliance, or QA, with team management.
• Deep knowledge of global iGaming standards, GLI certification, and multi-market licensing.
• Commercial acumen to balance regulations with business goals in new market launches.
• Strong crisis management for breaches, GSP outages, and regulatory mitigations.
• Proven process optimization in QA/operations workflows.
• Technical aptitude for internal tools/portals development oversight.
• Project management for multiple market rollouts and game releases.
• Excellent communication to translate regulations into operational steps.
