What you will do

• Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure marketing assets align with evolving regulatory requirements and policy updates.
• Translate complex legal guidance into actionable materials and enablement resources for marketers and QA teams.
• Analyze QA workflows to identify opportunities for risk reduction, efficiency gains, and process automation.
• Coordinate responses to regulator requests and maintain detailed audit trails to ensure transparency.
• Monitor and report on compliance-related KPIs and QA performance metrics for marketing leadership.
• Explore and implement AI and automation tools to improve accuracy, scalability, and speed of QA processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in heavily regulated industries such as gaming, financial services, or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of operating within complex regulatory environments, supporting legal or audit processes.
• Analytical approach to risk identification and operational problem-solving with ability to work with minimal oversight.
• Experience creating process guides or training materials that translate policy into workflows.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work across Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
• Interest in applying AI-enabled tools to improve professional workflows and reporting.
