What you will do

• Lead or participate in multidisciplinary teams applying game-based innovation methodologies.
• Support hirify.global programmes, strategies, and country activities through the development of gaming tools.
• Provide innovation methodologies and strategic support for game-based learning and policy simulation.
• Design and facilitate serious games specifically tailored to address complex policy challenges.

Requirements

• Advanced university degree in game design, instructional design, social sciences, public policy, international development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated professional experience as a designer and/or facilitator of serious games.
• Proven expertise in game mechanics design applied to complex policy or technical topics.
