TL;DR

Quest Designer (Gamedev): Designing and implementing quests from concept to engine integration for an unannounced project in cooperation with CD PROJEKT RED with an accent on interactive storytelling and visual scripting. Focus on creating high-quality quest flows, maintaining design documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver polished gameplay.

Location: Remote (must be within +/- 2 hours of GMT+1 time zone)

Salary: 11 600 PLN - 14 000 PLN gross

What you will do

• Design and implement quests from initial concept through to implementation in the game engine.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation.
• Plan and integrate necessary assets for quest creation.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the highest possible quality of delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in the video game industry with at least one published title.
• Understanding of interactive storytelling and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency with visual scripting tools.
• Fluent English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with pen & paper role-playing systems.
• Advanced visual scripting skills.
