What you will do

• Lead end-to-end multimedia editorial strategy for both long-form and short-form content.
• Host interviews, analysis videos, and industry conversations with a strong editorial presence.
• Own the video editorial calendar, aligning it with market trends and audience demand.
• Develop story angles, scripts, hooks, and video concepts optimized for retention.
• Collaborate with editors, designers, and social media teams to deliver high-performing assets.
• Analyze performance metrics like watch time and engagement to improve content strategy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in financial journalism, crypto media, or business media.
• Deep understanding of blockchain, financial markets, and the fintech ecosystem.
• Existing network of founders, investors, and researchers within Web3 or traditional finance.
• Proven experience producing or leading video-first editorial content on YouTube and social platforms.
• Ability to combine high-level editorial strategy with hands-on content execution.
• English: C2 proficiency required
