Category Manager (WM)

What you will do

• Own assigned category performance including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.
• Drive projects and trading strategies to meet business goals.
• Define and update store-level assortments to match customer needs and optimize economics.
• Negotiate with suppliers to set goals, improve costs, and grow P&L.
• Develop business plans and execute launches for new features with merchandising and pricing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with in-stock, marketing, finance, and retail teams.
• Improve and automate processes for scalability.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in category management with proven results.
• Background in online grocery, traditional grocery retail, or e-commerce, ideally fast-paced.
• Professional English and Greek required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills and strategic-operational thinking with attention to detail.
