What you will do

• Lead technical work of scrum teams, designing model solutions and end-to-end architectures while ensuring high-quality code, git, design, costs, and implementation standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and designers to define success criteria, align metrics with business goals, and build experiments and MVPs.
• Perform hands-on data analysis, ETL, featurization, and modeling with large datasets using data mining, NLP, and ML paradigms like supervised/unsupervised, causal-ML, online learning, Bayesian, reinforcement, or deep learning.
• Run A/B tests, communicate results to peers and leaders, and ensure successful delivery and integration of DS solutions.
• Evangelize AI science across the organization, influence teams, and proactively research new ML technologies from academia and industry.

Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience with AI science
• BS, MS or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Operations Research, or equivalent
• 4+ years hands-on expertise in ML paradigms: causal-ML, supervised/unsupervised, online, Bayesian, reinforcement, or deep learning
• Experience in marketing platforms, media management; background in cognitive sciences or human psychology preferred
• Proficiency in optimization (combinatorial, gradient, Bayesian), NLP, explainable AI, ML frameworks, Python/Scala/Java/R, SQL/Hive/SparkSQL
• Experience building end-to-end reusable pipelines; comfortable in Linux; strong communication skills
