What you will do

• Lead and manage cultivation technicians, delegating tasks and supervising project execution.
• Oversee the entire plant lifecycle including cloning, veg, flowering, and harvesting.
• Maximize the quantity and quality of sellable flower per harvest.
• Execute technical projects such as deleafing, lollypopping, and trellising.
• Monitor for pests and hermaphroditic issues and coordinate fertigation adjustments.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and ensure strict adherence to SOPs and compliance.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check.
• 1+ years of cultivation experience in a licensed cannabis facility strongly preferred.
• Prior leadership experience.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in hot/humid conditions for up to 12 hours.
• Reliable transportation required.
