What you will do

• Lead teams of Applied Scientists, ML Engineers, and Software Development Engineers.
• Develop science and engineering roadmaps to enhance advertiser outcomes using ML and GenAI.
• Collaborate with off-hirify.global publishers to launch high-impact ad placements.
• Surface qualitative and quantitative insights to shape product direction and ensure product-market fit.
• Hire and develop top technical talent, providing career guidance and mentorship.
• Develop mechanisms to track and improve advertiser performance.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree with 6+ years of applied research experience.
• 4+ years of applied research experience and 3+ years of experience managing scientists or ML engineers.
• 3+ years of experience building ML models for business applications.
• Strong knowledge of ML, NLP, Information Retrieval, and Analytics.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, Python, or related languages.

Nice to have

• Experience with deep learning, computer vision, and delivering complex software systems to customers.
• Practical experience applying ML to large-scale applications.
• Experience with big data technologies such as AWS, Hadoop, Spark, Pig, or Hive.
