Senior SRE (Observability)

TL;DR

Senior SRE (Observability): Building and scaling observability and automation practices for a large-scale global platform with an accent on Dynatrace configuration and TypeScript tooling. Focus on automating monitoring workflows via REST APIs and improving system resilience through incident response and post-mortems.

Location: Remote (LATAM); must be able to align with Mountain Time (MT) working hours.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain automated Dynatrace configurations across the platform.
• Build and maintain integrations with Dynatrace REST APIs to support observability workflows.
• Develop TypeScript-based tooling to automate SRE tasks and platform operations.
• Collaborate with platform and product engineering teams to define and enforce reliability standards.
• Participate in incident response and drive post-mortem processes to improve system resilience.

Requirements

• Solid experience automating Dynatrace configuration at scale.
• Strong hands-on experience consuming REST APIs, particularly Dynatrace APIs.
• Proficiency in TypeScript for tooling and automation development.
• Deep understanding of SRE principles: reliability, observability, incident response, and automation.
• Must be based in LATAM and align with Mountain Time (MT) hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS Lambda for serverless automation workflows.
• Familiarity with AWS CodeBuild for CI/CD pipeline management.
• Experience with AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
