Salary: $169,600 – $338,400 per year

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team responsible for infrastructure operations, CI/CD systems, and developer enablement platforms.
• Own the reliability, performance, and scalability of build and deployment infrastructure, maintaining 99.9%+ availability.
• Oversee operations for core tools including GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Gerrit.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and enhance system resilience.
• Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Lead incident response efforts, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead capacity.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD systems and build infrastructure.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming using Python, Bash, or similar.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability tools.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration via Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of secure software supply chain practices.
• Experience with hirify.global platforms.
