TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in Brazil)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical contact and onboard new customers to the hirify.global platform.
  • Ensure customer success through proactive periodic health checks, product training, and sharing best practices.
  • Act as a customer advocate with internal stakeholders to ensure feedback is documented and addressed.
  • Research technical issues and lead cross-functional groups to resolve escalated cases.
  • Create knowledge base content to capture learning for the rest of the company and user base.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify account expansion opportunities and mitigate renewal risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with Windows Server Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and cutting-edge infrastructures.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Must be based in Brazil.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
  • CISSP or ITIL Certification.
  • 3+ years of Customer Success or Technical Account Management experience in a SaaS organization.
  • Deep expertise in Linux and Mac platforms.
  • Python scripting and RestAPI experience.
