What you will do

• Publish daily content across Instagram, X, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Drive Reddit strategy through subreddit research and active community participation.
• Clip and edit compelling moments from podcasts and videos for social distribution.
• Monitor political and cultural trends to identify audience growth opportunities.
• Track social media analytics and performance to optimize reach.
• Support internal operational workflows for expanding the organization's digital presence.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s degree program (or graduated after May 2025).
• At least 1 year of non-personal social media experience in brand growth.
• Strong understanding of content optimization for major social platforms.
• Ability to identify high-performing quotes, clips, and headlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
