What you will do

• Lead the Cross-Platform Agents Infrastructure team in an agile-oriented environment.
• Provide technical authority through a hands-on leadership style to design and innovate EPM Agents.
• Manage hiring, mentoring, and drive the professional growth of team members.
• Oversee overall development, production, and code quality.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to build robust security solutions.
• Ensure code remains up-to-date with the highest levels of security and innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in C++, Rust, or Swift development.
• 2+ years of experience as a team leader managing at least 3 developers.
• Proven track record in developing commercial off-the-shelf large-scale software products.
• Strong analytical and design skills with advanced troubleshooting capabilities.
• Proficiency with CI/CD and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Artifactory.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in the cyber industry and security product development.
• Deep knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with security standards and techniques (OWASP, Encryption, Authentication).
• BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
