What you will do

• Lead end-to-end operational transformation across Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and Engineering.
• Drive process optimization, automation, and AI-led improvements to eliminate inefficiencies.
• Implement AI tools, smart workflows, and advanced analytics dashboards for real-time visibility.
• Partner with Information Systems to define priorities and deliver scalable operational solutions.
• Design future-state processes and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Own the full project delivery lifecycle, including timelines, risk management, and organizational change management.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project management, operations, or business analysis.
• Strong SQL skills for independent data querying and insight extraction.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or Qlik.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects and deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, and automation workflows.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as NetSuite or Salesforce.
• Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau or Qlik.
