What you will do

  • Lead campaign strategy for the UKI region using market and customer insights to define objectives.
  • Orchestrate integrated B2B campaigns across acquisition, growth, and retention channels.
  • Partner with global demand generation and customer marketing teams to adapt regional content.
  • Manage budgets and track performance metrics using HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Optimize MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline growth through continuous performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to align campaigns with customer needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in integrated B2B marketing, ideally within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven ability to use customer stories and evidence-based proof to drive conversions.
  • Strategic thinking skills to connect complex campaigns, channels, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Data-driven approach with a strong focus on pipeline and customer growth.
  • Must be based in or able to work within the UKI region.
