Risk Manager (DeFi): Overseeing the risk management framework of a hybrid crypto fund with an accent on monitoring DeFi, quantitative trading, and VC/PE strategies. Focus on managing liquidation levels, protocol health, and delta-neutral leverage controls in a highly volatile market.
Location: Fully remote (Global) with Dubai timezone overlap

What you will do
- Monitor market, credit, and operational risk limits for DeFi, quant, and PE strategies on a daily basis.
- Oversee risks in Yield Farming, Liquidity Providing, and Looping, including protocol health and liquidation levels.
- Manage margin requirements and leverage for delta-neutral strategies such as basis trading.
- Assess counterparty reliability for custodians, exchanges, and DeFi protocols to minimize dependency risks.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of risk management policies within the BVI jurisdiction.
- Prepare regular risk reports for fund leadership and the Chief Risk Officer.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in crypto markets and DeFi protocols (mandatory).
- Proven experience as a Risk Manager in hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, or crypto projects.
- Knowledge of mathematical risk modeling and ML-driven strategies.
- English: Fluent (C1).
- Location: Ability to overlap with Dubai timezone.
