What you will do

• Participate in all stages of the software development cycle from ideation to deployment.
• Create and maintain reliable automated testing suites integrated into continuous integration pipelines.
• Conduct functional and cross-functional testing, including performance and security analysis.
• Perform regular exploratory testing to uncover potential risks and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Coach client teams to adopt a quality-driven mindset and advocate for clean code and refactoring.
• Analyze the impact of software deployments on cloud infrastructures on overall product quality.

Requirements

• Experience as a Quality Analyst within a cross-functional development team.
• Proficiency in Agile practices, code management, and release strategies.
• Strong understanding of TDD, BDD, CI/CD, the Test Pyramid, and Swiss Cheese models.
• Experience with test data management and defect tracking tools.
• Ability to handle ambiguous situations and approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
• Must be a Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
