Location: Singapore (Full relocation support provided)

hirify.global is a global game development studio dedicated to hyper-serving players through titles like League of Legends, VALORANT, and Teamfight Tactics.

What you will do

  • Shape and drive the comprehensive QA strategy for Teamfight Tactics to influence overall game quality.
  • Directly manage and guide a team of 5 QA professionals, handling performance and HR responsibilities.
  • Partner with software engineers, content developers, and artists to optimize testing practices and player outcomes.
  • Coordinate QA support across remote teams and manage alignment with HQ stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Establish and track quality metrics to drive development decisions and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of QA experience in game development with a track record of shipping games.
  • 2+ years of experience in direct people management of QA teams.
  • Experience leading embedded QA professionals within cross-functional development teams.
  • Proven experience creating and driving test strategies for live service games or features.
  • Strong experience with game development pipelines, with art pipeline knowledge strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage and align with stakeholders remotely across different time zones.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Teamfight Tactics, including its sets, players, and community.
  • I/ASTQB Advanced Test Manager Certification.
