What you will do

• Shape QA strategy for Teamfight Tactics and influence development quality across the game
• Deliver comprehensive quality strategy and be accountable for QA team results
• Directly manage 5 QA professionals, guide their daily work, and handle performance/HR responsibilities
• Partner across disciplines to improve testing practices, quality decisions, and player experiences
• Drive execution of strategic goals, track quality metrics, and coordinate remote QA support

Requirements

• 5+ years QA experience in game development, including shipping games
• 2+ years leading QA teams with direct people management and HR responsibility
• Experience with embedded QA in cross-functional teams (not outsourced)
• Creating and driving test strategies for live games, features, or services
• Managing remote HQ stakeholders across multiple time zones
• Knowledge of game development pipelines and workflows (art pipeline preferred)
• Setting strategic goals and tracking quality metrics for improvements

• Familiarity with Teamfight Tactics game, sets, players, and community
• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager Certification
