What you will do

• Own the end-to-end information security program, including policies, controls, and the operational execution of SOC 2 Type II audits.
• Manage identity and access (IAM) via Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, enforcing least-privilege access and conditional access policies.
• Oversee the full employee IT lifecycle, including laptop provisioning, account creation, and secure offboarding.
• Maintain non-production server environments across Proxmox, AWS, and Azure, including patching and lifecycle management.
• Govern SaaS and software license portfolios, managing procurement, renewals, and vendor relationships.
• Design, operate, and regularly test Disaster Recovery Plans and backup processes to ensure business continuity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT and information security experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role with program ownership.
• Proven track record as the operational lead for at least one full SOC 2 Type II cycle.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, SSO, MFA, and conditional access.
• Practical experience with MDM tools (Intune, Jamf) and virtualized environments (Proxmox, AWS, Azure).
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, firewalls, and secure remote access.
• Excellent written communication skills for producing audit-grade policies and procedures.

Nice to have

• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or Security+.
• Experience supporting a fully distributed workforce.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 administration skills.
• Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell or Python.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
