What you will do

• Manage the entire company merchandise lifecycle, from brainstorming to production and delivery.
• Coordinate logistics, timelines, and materials to execute marketing events from A to Z.
• Optimize internal marketing workflows by testing and implementing AI and automation tools.
• Monitor performance metrics and maintain dashboards to derive actionable growth insights.
• Support diverse marketing projects, including content shoots, internal events, and day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Business, Marketing, or Management.
• Availability for a 2-year apprenticeship starting in summer/fall 2026.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as Excel, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Canva.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong interest in branding and creating polished, on-brand experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a startup or scale-up environment.
• Previous background in marketing, event coordination, or project management.
• Curiosity and familiarity with AI tools and automation.
• Intermediate level of French.
