Ad Ops Executive

Ad Ops Executive (Digital Audio): Delivering and optimising digital audio advertising campaigns for audioXi platform with an accent on campaign setup, performance tracking, and continual optimisation. Focus on troubleshooting delivery issues, generating performance reports, and collaborating with sales and client teams.

Media business creating content across Europe, including print, online publishing, audio broadcasting, and podcasts with over 150 radio brands in nine countries.

What you will do

• Upload and configure campaigns in ad server AudioServe, including tagging, targeting, and scheduling.
• Monitor campaign delivery and performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimise to meet KPIs.
• Generate reports with commentary on campaign performance.
• Liaise with internal teams (sales, data, planning) and external partners (agencies, clients).
• Support creative implementation, audio ad formats, VAST tags, and third-party integrations.

Requirements

• Highly organised and methodical with strong attention to detail.
• Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, technically confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communicator and collaborator, able to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
• Passionate about audio and advertising.

• Prior experience with ad-serving platforms or campaign management tools.
