What you will do

• Own production reliability and availability targets.
• Drive security remediation and build incident response processes with root cause analysis.
• Implement SLOs/SLIs for core services and operate edge protection via Cloudflare WAF.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and security practices for development teams.
• Expand Infrastructure as Code (IaC) coverage.
• Lead and develop the DevOps engineer on your team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles.
• 2+ years of experience with a dedicated security focus.
• Experience running production Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and strong AWS knowledge.
• Proficiency with Terraform.
• Ability to read and debug application code in Python.
• English: Intermediate level and higher.
• Russian/Ukrainian: Native level.

• Experience leading infrastructure teams.
• Familiarity with compliance standards.
