TL;DR

YouTube Content Lead (Content Creation): Taking ownership of the creative direction and scriptwriting for the Mr. Bricks channel with an accent on high-retention storytelling and viral mechanics. Focus on writing production-ready scripts, developing video concepts, and optimizing content based on audience performance metrics.

Location: Hybrid (based in Vilnius, Lithuania). Open to candidates from the EU and EEA who are willing to relocate to Lithuania.

Salary: Up to €4,000 gross monthly

What you will do

  • Write high-retention, production-ready YouTube scripts with strong hooks, pacing, and humor.
  • Take full ownership of script quality, ensuring high entertainment value and minimal revisions.
  • Define and develop video concepts, formats, and storytelling approaches with the scriptwriting team.
  • Translate trends and performance data into strong script ideas and clear creative briefs.
  • Collaborate with Creators and Post-Production to ensure scripts are efficient and optimized for shooting.
  • Analyze audience behavior and metrics to continuously improve content direction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience writing successful YouTube scripts or viral content.
  • Deep understanding of YouTube retention mechanics and audience behavior.
  • Strong storytelling skills with excellent comedic timing, structure, and pacing.
  • Advanced English writing and communication skills.
  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to Vilnius, Lithuania.
  • Must be a citizen or resident of the EU or EEA.

  • Passion for internet culture and playful content (LEGO or content for younger audiences).
