What you will do

• Own, design, configure, and evolve NetSuite as core company ERP system, ensuring long-term scalability.
• Transform business requirements into automated workflows (OtC, PtP, R2R) with system controls and audit trails.
• Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite, platform, and data ecosystem for reliable financial reporting.
• Drive finance systems roadmap, evaluate new modules/integrations via strategic analysis to minimize technical debt.
• Document configurations, workflows, and integrations for maintainability and architectural homogeneity.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in NetSuite (ERP) with hands-on experience in APIs, connectors, and iPaaS tools.
• Proven track record in project management for complex system roadmaps from scoping to delivery.
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance operations to translate needs into scalable designs.
• Disciplined engineering best practices including Git, structured documentation, and change management.
• Proficiency in SQL-based analytics for ERP data structuring, reporting, and KPI tracking.
• Business-first systems thinking, data-driven approach, and ability to navigate ambiguous cross-functional problems.
