What you will do
- Define brand, growth, and player-experience strategy across a multi-brand portfolio.
- Lead performance marketing across all paid and owned channels, including TV, digital, affiliates, and sponsorships.
- Oversee CRM and player lifecycle management, covering onboarding, segmentation, and retention.
- Implement and manage the MarTech stack, focusing on attribution, BI, and AI-driven personalisation.
- Partner with local GMs in African markets to optimize CAC, LTV, and commercial performance.
- Build and lead a global marketing organization spanning brand, performance, CRM, and analytics.
Requirements
- 10+ years of full-stack marketing experience across brand, performance, CRM, and analytics.
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles (VP Marketing, CMO) managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Strong data-driven operating model with expertise in KPI trees, ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
- Practical experience deploying AI/ML for personalisation, segmentation, and CX automation.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Cyprus.
- Fluent English is required.
Nice to have
- Background in real-money gambling (sports betting, casino, poker) at an operator or major affiliate.
- Operating experience in Africa or other emerging markets.
- Experience with multi-brand portfolios and global licensing regimes (e.g., UKGC).
