• Lead and grow the product engineering team responsible for intelligent systems.
• Deliver high-impact services across storage architecture, real-time observability, and resilient infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize robust systems for complex data pipelines and engineering workflows.
• Align with other engineering teams to ensure synchronized development and innovation at scale.
• Foster an engineering culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Hire, mentor, and develop team leads as the organization expands.

Requirements

• Senior developer background with exceptional skills in designing and optimizing distributed systems.
• Strong technical leadership experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale data processing or intelligent applications.
• Deep interest in AI technologies and machine learning infrastructure.
• Must be based in or independently relocate to Lithuania.
• Strong delivery focus emphasizing reliability and measurable impact.
