What you will do

• Build and improve features that enable the AI orchestrator to deliver personalized user experiences.
• Develop clean, reliable, and scalable Go-based microservices with a focus on performance and security.
• Take end-to-end ownership of services, including implementation, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement.
• Collaborate with other developers to design and maintain the backend architecture.
• Ship solutions at high speed within a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

Requirements

• Professional experience creating scalable and secure code with Golang.
• Strong background in high-load applications, microservices architecture, and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in System Design and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
• Ability to effectively balance delivery speed with code quality.
• Must be based in Poland.
