Researcher Academy Intern

TL;DR

Researcher Academy Intern (Marketing): Supporting content development and marketing initiatives for hirify.global’s free e-learning platform for early career researchers with an accent on user acquisition, campaigns, and social media management. Focus on coordinating learning content creation, executing marketing campaigns, and performing market and competitor analysis.

Location: Onsite in Amsterdam, Netherlands (Radarweg). Enrolled at a university as a master’s student (MSc/PhD in Sciences or Marketing) for the duration; non-EU students must receive credits from university.

Salary: 750 EUR gross per month (9 months, 5 days a week)

What you will do

• Support platform’s content development and marketing initiatives to increase traffic and acquire new users.
• Coordinate creation of learning content with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage online community and social media, conduct market and competitor analysis.

Requirements

• Enrolled as master’s student (MSc/PhD in Sciences or Marketing) for internship duration; non-EU students must receive university credits.
• English speaker (near-native) with excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Social media management skills (YouTube, LinkedIn) and experience with paid advertisement.
• Solid skills in editing and producing multi-media marketing content (imagery, video).
• Experience with live streaming/webinar development and support.
• Research acumen (organizing focus groups, customer surveys, market analysis).
