What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications and scalable features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions to enhance system design and robustness.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and usability.
• Engage with customer-facing teams and attend meetings to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• 7+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong backend development skills in Java (Python experience is a plus).
• Hands-on experience building performant, scalable systems.
• Familiarity with both monolithic and microservices architectures.
• Practical experience with Scrum methodologies and an Agile mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with offshore teams.
