Location: Juba, South Sudan (roving across project implementation sites, up to 70% travel to field locations)

What you will do
- Lead design, adaptation, and integration of inclusive LtP approaches into education activities, aligning with national frameworks and curricula.
- Oversee rollout of PM3.0 Core Package including TCPD, Teacher Learning Circles, coaching, and supervision systems.
- Provide technical leadership on LtP content development for low-resource, multilingual crisis settings and ensure access to teaching materials.
- Manage Outcome 2 implementation, workplans, budgets, and adaptive programming while conducting field supervision and quality assurance.
- Line manage and mentor field staff and partners, fostering capacity building and cross-sector coordination.
- Represent PlayMatters with consortium partners, government, and stakeholders to promote LtP scaling and policy alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Teacher Education, Curriculum Studies, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in education programming, teacher professional development, and program management in humanitarian/development contexts
- Strong understanding of South Sudan education systems, including teacher management and curricula
- Demonstrated experience developing/adapting educational content or training in low-resource/crisis settings
- Proven leadership, team management, analytical, and facilitation skills
- Fluency in English required; willingness to travel up to 70% to field locations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tools; INGO/humanitarian experience desirable
