What you will do

• Provide strategic and technical leadership to integrate gender equality, inclusion, and conflict-sensitive approaches across program components.
• Shape the design, implementation, monitoring, and evidence generation of gender transformative education frameworks.
• Oversee the direct implementation of key education models in selected states.
• Drive policy engagement and strengthen national and sub-national education systems.
• Mentor and provide technical support to technical teams, ensuring capacity strengthening across project portfolios.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Gender Studies, Education, Social Development, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in gender and inclusion in education, specifically within emergencies or fragile contexts.
• Proven expertise in gender transformative Education programming and teacher training.
• Demonstrated experience in disability inclusion approaches within education programmes.
• Experience working with government systems and managing donor-funded programmes (e.g., FCDO, GPE, ECW).
