What you will do

• Design and implement machine learning and generative AI models to solve complex business problems in customer experience, online, fulfilment, and operations.
• Build prototypes, evaluate model performance statistically and by business impact, and scale solutions into production.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers and Software Engineers to ensure efficient, maintainable implementations aligned with technology standards.
• Communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging GenAI and LLM techniques into data products, staying current with industry developments.
• Rotate across business domains to broaden expertise and maximize impact.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, and programming, especially Python for model design and implementation.
• Experience with large-scale data in distributed computing environments.
• Ability to translate business problems into data science solutions and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Scientific mindset, critical thinking, proactivity in learning new methods, and strong coding practices including version control and testing.
• Higher degree in quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics) preferred, or equivalent commercial experience.
