What you will do

• Map and document HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
• Identify efficiency improvements through automation and AI tools.
• Support PMO activities, including tracking progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Analyze workflows to highlight bottlenecks and manual effort.
• Collaborate with HR, Tech, and Operations teams to explore automation solutions.
• Test, refine, and present recommendations for process enhancements.

Requirements

• Final year students graduating in 2026 or fresh graduates (Class of 2025).
• Must commit full-time to the 13-week internship period (June – September 2026) in Singapore.
• Relevant education in Business, HR, Information Systems, Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Strong interest in process improvement, automation, and AI applications.
• Comfortable working with data, workflows, or process mapping tools.
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, or workflow/automation tools.
