Project Management Intern, Visual Merchandising (Beauty)

TL;DR

Project Management Intern (Visual Merchandising): Supporting the end-to-end visual merchandising process across APAC duty-free environments with an accent on planogramming, POSM management, and retail activation. Focus on coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure launch readiness and brand alignment in the beauty sector.

Location: Must be based in Singapore (Hybrid: up to 50% remote)

What you will do

• Assist in creating and adapting planograms for new product launches and permanent counters.
• Support the preparation of VM guidelines for APAC markets to ensure alignment with global brand directions.
• Track POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) orders and assist with forecasting and asset distribution.
• Coordinate launch readiness by following up with marketing, logistics, commercial, and finance teams.
• Manage external vendors regarding timelines, sample approvals, and quality control.
• Develop presentation decks and support the development of digital tools, including an AI planogram project.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student able to commit full-time for at least 6 months (July to December 2026).
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High emotional intelligence and cross-cultural awareness.
• Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup, and beauty products.

Nice to have

• Skill in Adobe Creative Cloud.
