What you will do

• Collaborate with game developers (ISVs) to improve the reliability, quality, and performance of game titles on hirify.global hardware.
• Partner with internal driver and hardware teams to resolve technical issues and drive innovative architectural solutions.
• Debug and optimize game code, game engines, compute shaders, and graphics APIs for enhanced visual fidelity.
• Integrate and support developer tools necessary for profiling and debugging graphics solutions.
• Develop technical documentation and represent the company at game developer conferences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working on game technologies for GPU and/or CPU.
• Proficiency in HLSL and C/C++ programming.
• Deep experience with DirectX 12 features and modern game engine architecture.
• Working knowledge of profiling tools including PIX, RenderDoc, WPA, and GPUView.
• English: Excellent communication skills (C1) required for collaborating with external partners and internal teams.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Gdansk, Poland under a hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Vulkan, GLSL, nSight, and x86 architecture.
• Experience optimizing the Unreal Engine.
• Understanding of the complete game development lifecycle.
• Experience in productizing new technologies and tools.
