What you will do

• Develop and enhance the platform using Java and React to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Integrate AI-driven automations and contextual user assistance throughout the application.
• Optimize application scalability and responsiveness to handle large data volumes efficiently.
• Collaborate with designers and PMs to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain high code quality through robust testing, maintainable code, and peer reviews.
• Research and implement AI/ML trends to evolve the system architecture.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong development background with Java and React.
• Daily hands-on experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot for code generation and review.
• Proven ability to design and build scalable applications.
• Experience working in fast-paced Agile environments with a strong ownership mentality.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
