What you will do

• Design and implement full-stack features for seamless user experiences backed by high-performance services in hirify.global One.
• Develop scalable frameworks and tools enabling internal teams, partners, and community to customize platform integrations.
• Bridge backend functionalities like data ingestion and AI workflows with performant frontend interfaces.
• Drive architecture across UI, API, and service layers using modular design patterns.
• Conduct cross-domain technical reviews and collaborate with Product, Design, SRE, and Security teams.
• Maintain production-first mindset, investigating end-to-end issues and implementing preventative measures.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent with 4+ years in software engineering delivering production features across frontend and backend.
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) with TypeScript, component design, and state management.
• Proficiency in backend languages (Python, Kotlin, Java, Go, C#) and RESTful APIs, authentication, third-party integrations.
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud-native architecture (Kubernetes, microservices), data stores (PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Kafka), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging across full stack, and ownership from design to deployment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in cybersecurity or security-centric data pipelines.
• Experience building developer-facing tools, SDKs, low-code UIs, or AI-assisted experiences.
